A RELIABLE SENSE CABLE

The FG-ECX sense cable performs the following functions:

• Rapidly detects the leak of any liquid along the length of the cable.
• Detects and locates leaks to the nearest metre when connected to the locating units FG-ALS8 or FG-ALS4.
• Detects leaks only when connected to the non-locating unit FG-A.
• Detects any break or cut to the cable.

Non-absorbant design can be reset in seconds after removal of the leak.

Manufactured with the low smoke zero halogen (LSZH or LS0H) materials, FG-ECX cable emits, when burned, a less optically dense smoke that releases at a lower rate than a non-LSZH cable.

A MODULAR SYSTEM

The FG-ECX sense cable ensures permanent protection in areas at risk. FG-ECX is installed to provide the best possible protection in order to cover risks and limit the financial consequences of an undetected leak.

EASY INSTALLATION

The male and female connectors at the end of each length of FG-ECX cable give quick and dependable connection.

Fixing clips are used to fasten the sensing cables in the chosen areas.

A TOUGH AND STURDY DESIGN

Small in diameter, the FG-ECX sense cable is light, flexible and of an easily identifiable dark blue colour and yellow colour on male connector tip. Its helical jacket construction, compression connected on an extruded central core, reduces the risk of contamination and false alarms. It is made from the highest quality materials which are abrasive resistant in hostile environments.
